Just back from a delightful stay at Pozzo Di Mazza in Sicily - an absolute gem nestled in a stunning Sicilian oasis. The farmhouse setting is simply enchanting, exuding a relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff, led by Joanna, Chann, and Sherina, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like honored guests in their beautiful home.The chef's culinary skills are something to behold - breakfasts and evening meals were top-notch, showcasing the best of Sicilian home-cooked delights. The 4-course dinner with wine for 23 euros per person was a highlight of our stay, and we found ourselves returning for it every night during our visit. The swimming pool area was a true haven, surrounded by lush gardens and trees that added to the tranquil ambiance. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with lovely garden views and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself is even more charming than the photos suggest, exuding a fresh, traditional Sicilian vibe.Located just a short drive from Syracuse, the convenience of exploring the area was a big plus. We also appreciated the proximity to Arenella Beach and the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area, providing us with ample opportunities to explore the natural beauty of Sicily. From the exceptional hospitality to the picturesque surroundings and delectable meals, this place truly felt like a home away from home. A definite recommendation for anyone looking to experience the best of Sicilian hospitality and charm.
